2. Law we operate under

We process personal data in accordance with:

• Llei 29/2021, del 28 d'octubre, qualificada de protecció de dades personals (LQPD) of the Principality of Andorra, and its implementing regulation; and

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), where our processing falls within its scope — for example where we offer services to, or monitor the behaviour of, individuals in the European Union.

Andorra is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, so transfers of personal data from the EEA to Andorra do not require additional safeguards.

3. What we collect

We collect only what we need:

• Information you give us — name, email address, company and any message content when you contact us or complete a form.

• Technical information — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the site.

• Cookies and similar technologies — see section 8.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and we do not collect data from children.

4. Why we process it, and on what basis

Responding to your enquiries — performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Operating, securing and improving the website — our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure site.

Analytics and audience measurement — your consent.

Marketing communications, where offered — your consent, withdrawable at any time.

Meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — website hosting and infrastructure, email, and analytics providers;

• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary; and

• Public authorities, where we are legally required to disclose it.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers operate outside Andorra and the EEA. Where personal data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional measures required.

7. How long we keep it

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, and thereafter for as long as required by applicable accounting, tax and limitation rules. Enquiry correspondence is generally retained for up to three years from our last contact with you, unless a longer period is legally required.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, and — with your consent — analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can withdraw consent or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.

9. Your rights

Under the LQPD and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.

• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Erase your data (the "right to be forgotten").

• Restrict or object to our processing, including profiling.

• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email albert@founders-guild.com. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (APDA) at www.apda.ad or, if you are in the EEA, with your local supervisory authority.

10. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Where a personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the APDA within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and will inform you directly where the law requires.
